Reservation Policy

Reservations will only be guaranteed with a valid credit card.  

Deposit Information

Manor House, Meeting House, and all Cottage reservations require a one night deposit to be charged at the time of reservation.

Minimum Night Requirement 

A 2-night minimum stay is required for Holiday and Fall Weekends

**Cancellations/Hotel Rooms

Cancellations made after 12 noon, 72 hours prior to the check-in date will be charged one night’s room rate to the credit card used to reserve the room.

No shows and early check-outs will be charged one night’s room rate to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.                                         

A cancellation fee of $15.00 Applies to all reservations canceled prior to the cut-off date.

**Cancellations/Manor House, Meeting House, and Cottages

Cancellations made after 12 noon, 7 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit the night's deposit on file.

No shows and early check-outs will be charged one night’s room rate to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

A cancellation fee of $15.00 Applies to all reservations canceled prior to the cut-off date.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in time Begins at 4:00 pm

Manor House, Meeting House, and Cottages are contactless check-ins. Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. You will receive an email with all your arrival needs when your accommodation is ready.

Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Check-out time is 11:00 am.

Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability, additional charges will apply.

Mimslyn Inn is a Pet Free Hotel

Mimslyn Inn is a Smoke/Vape Free Hotel

A 5% Historic Preservation fee will be applied to each room per day of the reservation.
