Reservation Policy
Reservations will only be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
Deposit Information
Manor House, Meeting House, and all Cottage reservations require a one night deposit to be charged at the time of reservation.
Minimum Night Requirement
A 2-night minimum stay is required for Holiday and Fall Weekends
**Cancellations/Early Departures Hotel Rooms
Cancellations made after 12 noon, 72 hours prior to the check-in date will be charged one night’s room rate to the credit card used to reserve the room.
No shows will be charged one night’s room rate to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
Early Check Outs: Guests that check out by 11am earlier than the original departure date will be charged 50% of the remaining stay. A guest that checks out later than 11 am will be subject to the full nights rate for that evening.
A cancellation fee of $15.00 Applies to all reservations canceled prior to the cut-off date.

Cancellations made after 12 noon, 7 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit the night's deposit on file.
No shows and early check-outs will be charged one night’s room rate to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in time Begins at 4:00 pm
Manor House, Meeting House, and Cottages are contactless check-ins. Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. You will receive an email with all your arrival needs when your accommodation is ready.
Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability, additional charges will apply.

A 7% Historic Preservation fee will be applied to each room per day of the reservation.
