We inspire attendees to new heights of excellence and creativity by providing undisturbed service, efficient seating arrangements, on-site restaurant, and professional conference support. With almost 5,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space, The Mimslyn Inn is ideal for corporate meetings, staff retreats, social gatherings, and private parties. Meeting room amenities include daily room set-up with necessary supplies, refreshment service, wireless internet, audio/visual equipment, flip charts, podium, and large screen television with DVD player. Our on-site event planner serves as your prime contact and is trained to support your meeting objectives.

Circa ’31

Circa ’31 is our formal dining room decorated in rich colors and fabrics with floor-to-ceiling windows, high-back chairs, and tables to fit any configuration. This is our largest facility and is perfect for meetings, receptions and banquets. Accommodates 200 guests in 2,300 square feet. (39×59).

The Blue Ridge Room

The Blue Ridge Room is an ideal and popular space for receptions and corporate retreats. The room features wooden floors, fireplace, impressive floor-to-ceiling windows, and doors that open to tastefully landscaped gardens or our lobby. Accommodates 100 guests in 1,500 square feet (32×47).

Skyline Terrace

Skyline Terrace, located on the third floor, is one of the most amazing rooms in the Inn. Circular floor-to-ceiling windows open to an outdoor patio garden complete with fireplace. Skyline Terrace provides a perfect space for small banquets, retreats, team building sessions, and private dinners. Accommodates 40 in 940 square feet (23×41).

The Roosevelt Room

The Roosevelt Room is our most intimate space located at the far end of the Inn between two large suites. Its wall-to-wall windows and mountain views makes it an ideal setting for intimate groups discussions, clubs and meet and greets. Accommodates 12 guests in 240 square feet (16×15).
