|Circa '31 Weekend Wine Dinners
Each Friday and Saturday evening, Circa '31 will provide the backdrop for an evening of excitement, wine tasting and a culinary feast. Executive Chef Chris Harris will prepare an elegant five-course menu which will be complemented with a variety of Virginia wines for custom pairings to create an exceptional dining experience. The menu will change weekly as Chef Harris likes to use fresh, local ingredients. Each menu will offer a beef, chicken, seafood and a vegetarian entree selection complete with a starter course amuse and dessert course.
Dinner $35.00 per person
Wine Tasting Pairing $15.00 per person
Bring in your own selection for a $5.00 per bottle corkage fee

Circa ’31, a sheer delight for the senses and palate, is a flowing space located off the lobby with dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, beautiful crown molding, tasteful linens, and vintage flair. Our executive chef specializes in upscale Southern Cuisine but spoils you with a playful twist on the classics.

Front Porch Dining
Enjoy the spectacular view from our front porch while you dine! Weather permitting, beginning April 27th, our front porch will be open every day for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
For years, The Mimslyn was known for its pan-fried chicken, country fried ham and apples, club sandwiches taller than the Webster’s Dictionary, and pies straight from heaven. Circa ‘31’s menu includes a few of those favorites, as well as fresh and savory dishes very characteristic of today. Local ingredients and seasonal produce are blended into delicious creations complimented by our freshly baked breads, delightful desserts, and impressive wine selection. Circa ’31 serves a classic breakfast, traditional luncheon fare, and elegant dinners. This space is perfect for both intimate and large gatherings.

The dress code for dinner in Circa '31 is smart casual; shirt and tie are recommended. For a more casual dining experience, please visit The Speakeasy Bar and Restaurant. Circa '31 breakfast and lunch are casual. Reservations are recommended for lunch and dinner. Room service is available during meal hours.

Complete your weekend with a lavish Sunday Brunch served in our main dining room, Circa ’31. Relax in an elegant setting while enjoying one of Luray’s most favorite brunch buffets. The menu is ever changing as our executive chef, specializing in upscale Southern cuisine, surprises the palate with seasonal dishes. Our signature breads, muffins and other sweet treats are prepared daily by our pastry chef.
